About PC Mega Mart
PC Mega Mart is an Australian IT retailer. We sell laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking and enterprise hardware to households, small businesses, schools and government buyers — online, at prices that track the distribution market rather than a printed catalogue.
Who we are
PC Mega Mart Pty Ltd (ABN 54 676 397 032) is an Australian company. We operate two storefronts:
- pcmegamart.com.au — our Australian store, priced in Australian dollars including GST.
- pcmegamart.cl — our Chilean store, priced in Chilean pesos including IVA.
Both stores run on the same catalogue and the same buying, so a product page tells you the same technical truth in either market. Pricing, tax, shipping and consumer-law rights differ by country, and each store states its own.
How we price
We buy through Australia's authorised distribution channel — Dicker Data, Ingram Micro and Leader Computers — and in Chile through Ingram Micro. Every product on the site is priced from the cheapest live offer we hold for it, plus our margin. When a distributor's cost drops, our price drops with it, usually the same day.
That is why our prices move. We would rather show you a real number that changes than a fixed number with a permanent "discount" printed next to it. Where we show a saving, it is measured against the manufacturer's recommended retail price supplied in the vendor's own feed.
How we ship
We hold very little stock ourselves. Orders ship from the distributor warehouse closest to you, which is how a small retailer can offer national coverage and same-day dispatch on in-stock lines. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day when the warehouse holding the goods has them available.

Product information
Our product pages are built from manufacturer-supplied content — HP's CAP feed, Icecat, and distributor data — not from copy we invent. Specifications, images and descriptions come from the people who made the product. If you find something on a product page that contradicts the manufacturer, tell us and we will correct it.
