- HP Active Care helps IT achieve optimal uptime and fast resolution support on HP devices.[1,2] With remote technical support, predictive device health analytics, remediation services, and Next Business Day Onsite Response, HP Active Care keeps employees up and running in the office or on the go. DMR will be available but will only extend to covering the base computer of the solution and will not extend to any of the peripherals. Solution covers Base Hardware and up to 6 additional peripherals sold together. Solution include things like monitors (maximum of 2), docking stations, wireless keyboards, wireless mice, and headsets.
