Overview
- Pickup and Return Solution Support with Defective Media Retention offers high-quality return-to-HP service levels with remote telephone support and offsite repair for eligible products at an HP designated repair center. The service includes pickup, offsite repair, materials and parts, labor, and return shipping costs. When dealing with defective storage media, you maintain control of your sensitive data. DMR will be available but will only extend to covering the base computer of the solution and will not extend to any of the peripherals. Solution covers Base Hardware and up to 6 additional peripherals sold together. Solution include things like monitors (maximum of 2), docking stations, wireless keyboards, wireless mice, and headsets.
